Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Foldspace, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Foldspace.

You must be at least 16 to use Foldspace. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@getfoldspace.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Foldspace provides AI tools to redesign rooms from photos and find products to furnish them. You may use it for personal or commercial projects, such as client concepts and virtual staging.

You agree to use it lawfully. In particular, you won't:

• upload photos you don't have the right to use, or that show people without their consent;
• upload unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content;
• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, including credit limits;
• scrape the service, or copy or reverse-engineer it.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the designs you create. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide Foldspace to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can use your redesigned images however you like.

Redesigns are generated by AI and are for visual inspiration. They may not match your room's exact dimensions, lighting or construction, and a product may look different in a render than in real life. Check measurements and product details before you buy or build anything.

Products shown in Foldspace are sold by third-party retailers. Prices and availability are estimates that can change. When you buy a product, you buy it from that retailer on its terms, and it handles payment, delivery, returns and warranties.

Some actions, such as rendering a redesign, use credits. We charge a credit only when a render succeeds. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change how many credits an action uses or how free credits refill, and we'll show current costs in the app.

Foldspace, its logo, its software and its design are owned by us. These terms give you the right to use the service; they don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

You can stop using Foldspace and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. We'll tell you when we do, unless the law or safety prevents it.

Foldspace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Foldspace after that means you accept the new terms.
